Group work and differentiated individual tasks around the war propaganda posters and poetry (Who's for the Game? and Dulce et Decorum est). Bloom's Taxonomy question stems used for the differentiated individual tasks where students get a choice of understand (all), apply (most), analyse (some). Poems are on the PowerPoints. Printed copies of poster and poems will be needed. Tasks are not "true" Exit Card tasks, more like one minute essays, but the different approach produced some great work! Feedback on this one especially appreciated as I wrote a research paper on this for my PGCE.
