This booklet is made up of 10 'lessons' (some chunkier than others) to help support my low ability Year 10s in a basic understanding of the plot and key characters of 'A Christmas Carol.' It's their first time approaching the text so there is a focus on small extracts to build their confidence while they're tackling it on their own. Could be useful for KS3 as a stand alone booklet with some tweaking as well.
