Art of Rhetoric – Speech Writing SoL

Description

This was created for Y7, but could be used for younger or older pupils. There is a fair amount of content linked to our schools character education programme which you may want to cut out! The aim was for pupils to look at short sections of famous speeches and then write their own. We put them in groups for the research and planning, but they are assessed individually for their writing and speech delivery.
