@Positivteacha shared his booklet on twitter and it is brilliant. I have made some adaptations to the booklet, plus I've created a couple of extra bits (a KO and low stakes quizzing). I have shortened the booklet so it can be printed as 2 pages per side of A4 by having most tasks completed in books rather than in the booklet.
