Description

A resource to introduce students to the principles of being an academic, to support with how they should approach academic study, reading and writing at A level. I usually introduce these concepts to students before looking at things like essay structure as they need to understand what they are actually trying to achieve by writing an essay. There is also a mini literature review which I use with students when they do any secondary reading, partly to summarise key points, and partly to apply some critical thought to what they have read.
