Year 6-7 Transition Reading Project

Description

These resources were used as part of a transition project for students in Year 6 moving into Year 7. The project was launched on a transition day in July during which the attached powerpoints were used. Each student was then given a copy of "The 1000 Year Old Boy" by Ross Welford and a copy of the reading booklet; they were expected to read and complete the booklet over the summer. When students returned in September, their English curriculum was based around their reading.
